Accessing information – Documents for Public Inspection

The Local Government Act 1989 and the Local Government Regulations 2015 requires Banyule to collect certain kinds of information relevant to our responsibilities as a local government organisation.  

The following information is available on this page or available for inspection at the Council offices at Level 3, 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough.  Further information is available from the Governance Department on 9490 4222.

 A redacted copy of the current Property Lease Register can be viewed here. A full copy is available for inspection by members of the public at Council's Ivanhoe office during normal business hours.

A list of donations and grants

made by the Council in the previous 12 months, including the names of persons who, or bodies which, have received a donation or grant and the amount of each donation or grant.



Election Campaign Donations


Election Campaign Donations Register or the complete returns are available for inspection by members of the public at Council's Greensborough office during normal business hours.
