Every spring, residents of Banyule, Manningham and Nillumbik are invited to enjoy a diverse array of environmental events as part of the Spring Outdoors Program. Last year the 2016 program featured over 46 events!
Activities are held at locations across Banyule, Manningham and Nillumbik.
Bookings are essential for most events so please book early to avoid disappointment. Also please consider others and inform the relevant booking contact if you are unable to keep your booking, as there is often an event waiting list.
The 2017 Spring Outdoors full program is now available online or from one of our customer service centres.

Breakfast With the Birds
One of the key Spring Outdoors events run by Banyule is the Breakfast With the Birds event, held since 2001 at Banyule Flats and Warringal Parklands. The event includes guided bird watching walks hosted by Birdlife Australia, followed by a breakfast and bird count in the Old Shire Offices. There are usually 100 places available so book in early to avoid disappointment.
