Fitness classes

Pilates

Pilates is a contemporary approach to mind and body which focuses on stabilising the torso to promote correct posture and spinal alignment. Pilates is a class for everyone and is an excellent class for people who suffer from back pain.

Pilates Classes are held from 9.30am to 10.30am each Wednesday.

Boomers

This fitness class works on cardiovascular fitness and muscle toning, using equipment and body weight, designed specifically for our community aged 60+.

Come down and make friends! Please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time.

Boomers classes are held from 10am to 11am every Tuesday and Thursday.

Casual Pilates or Boomers classes are $11.40 each, including a delicious post class freshly made coffee or tea.

For your convenience you can also purchase a 10 pack of classes or a membership with us - which works out to be excellent value if you regularly attend!
