Manage my membership
All Ivanhoe Aquatic memberships were suspended on 23 March 2020, and will remain suspended until further notice.
While we are offering limited capacity activities and programs that must be booked in advance, we cannot guarantee you will be able to access the centre as much as your membership entitles you to.
The remaining time on your membership as at 23 March 2020 will be added to your expirations date when we reactivate them.
For example, if you have a 3 month membership and had 45 days remaining on 23 March 2020, then 45 days will be added to your membership.
You will not lose access time to services, programs and facilities you have already paid for.
Regarding direct debit payments
If you pay for your membership with direct debit, then payment stopped being deducted from your account on 23 March 2020. Direct debit will not resume until we reactivate memberships.
Multi-visit pass holders
If you are a pass holder, the expirations date will be extended for the period between 23 March 2020 and when we reactivate memberships.
