Annual community satisfaction survey

Every year we check in with you to gauge how we're doing. We look to you to understand your views on living, working and playing in Banyule. By reaching out, we learn more about ourselves and our performance across several areas to help understand where change is necessary for the future.

We engage the Victorian Government, to carry out a phone survey with at least 400 locals to discuss:

  • overall performance
  • community consultation and engagement
  • advocacy – lobbying on behalf of the community
  • customer service
  • overall council direction

The results of the discussions are then analysed and reported back to us.
