Rethink Waste Wise Education Centre

rethink is a centre based education program focusing on the social and environmental benefits of waste and litter minimisation. The program includes explorations of sustainable consumption, packaging technology and materials, natural and artificial reprocessing systems, eco design principles and material recovery and recycling.

The program is curriculum applicable and suitable for all age groups.

Waste Wise Outreach Program
The Waste Wise Outreach Program provides a holistic approach with on-site visits that include individually prepared programs. By personalising the benefits of waste reduction and composting, in the home, at the office, or at school, this program has been extremely effective. Some of the activities include talks to special groups, information days, waste wise events, specialist advice and program delivery for schools. The Waste Wise Education Van has been a huge success at schools and on community days.
