Community Satisfaction Survey

Banyule Council has again recorded a strong overall performance in the annual state-wide Office of Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey, improving in 11 of 18 key service areas.Banyule’s overall performance index rating in the 2015 survey was 69, one point higher than in 2014. This overall performance rating is higher than the metropolitan average, which is 67, and significantly higher than the State average of 60.
